THE USE OF THE TOOLS AND ANY RELIANCE ON THEIR OUTPUTS IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND SUITABILITY OF ANY RESULTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for the resolution of any disputes.

11. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and epicflyx.xyz regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
